Sligo’s boutique indoor flea market returns to The Model on 29 November 2014 for a once off festive spectacular. The historic, welcoming Model building once again plays host to this popular local market. The soundtrack for the afternoon will be provided by tin pan alley band ‘The Honey Bees’, singing the beloved classics of Irving Berlin and Cole Porter.
As ever it’ll be a feast for the eyes and senses – there’ll be vintage clothing and curios, handcrafted accessories, vinyl records, quirky Xmas stationary from Strandhill based illustrator Noelle Healy, festive bakes and eco friendly clothing for the little ones!
The market will be open to the public between 12-5pm, there is free Wi-Fi in the building, and after an afternoon of browsing, visitors can unwind at The Gallery Café, located in the bright central atrium of The Model. All are welcomed!
